Northampton Co Public Safety

The Northampton Co Publice Safety P25 system evolved out of the Bethlehem Public Safety P25 system which was bought by Northampton COunty in 2023. The system was expanded in late 2024 to increase coverage across the southern and eastern portions of the county. A county commissioners funding vote for expansion into the northern part of the county failed in late 2024.
UPDATE (FEBRUARY 7TH, 2025): Northampton County Council passed a $35 Million bond that will replace the government center parking deck along with the county’s analog legacy system. This system will be replaced with a Phase II P25 trunking system.
